Cris’stia is a 2022 graduate of Loy Norrix High School. She will be attending Wayne State University this Fall! Cris’stia reminds future high school graduates to use their high school years to try new things, meet new people and challenge yourself beyond your comfort zone.

Meet Chanel Roné Kornak-Wilson

Loy Norrix H.S. - Class of 2022!!!

Chanel has been extremely active in the Kalamazoo community, serving as a leader at LNHS for the state champion DECA team, being honored with a YWCA Young Woman of Achievement award, a Social Justice Award by the City of Kalamazoo, and serving as the only youth member of the 2020 Women’s March Steering Committee.

Chanel is headed to The University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, where she will major in Business.
